The Cave of Hopelessness was a tunnel located within Cornwood. The cave was discovered by as well as named for Reginald Hopelessness, who was the first man to be eaten alive by the Tunneling Horror.
The cave is inhabited by a monster-like Zoidberg and the Tunneling Horror, as well as an annoying species known as the Morcs.
