Glab is a female Amphibiosan who is the President of the Democratic Order of Planets (DOOP). She presided over the dedication of the new DOOP headquarters and court martialed Zapp Brannigan after he destroyed it. She can be duplicitous and ruthless as demonstrated with her dealings with the Tactillians.
