Hermes Conrad (voiced by Phil LaMarr) is a Jamaican 37th class bureaucrat and former Olympic limbo champion who works as the manager of delivery company Planet Express. His most common saying almost always has to do with green snakes and sugar canes. He is very antagonistic toward Dr. Zoidberg, usually by enacting cost cutting measures, such as getting rid of the salt water fountain. He is married to Labarbara and has a son named Dwight. He has an intense rivalry with Barbados Slim, stemming both from their Olympic limboing days, and the fact that Slim was Labarbara's previous husband.
