Kif Kroker's Offspring - whose surviving members consist of Axl, Mandy, and Newt - are the babies of Kif Kroker and Turanga Leela, and the adoptive children of Amy Wong.
Season 4[]
They were conceived when Leela touched Kif's hand while trying to help him to not fall out a hole in the Nimbus' hull into space. As a result of this incident, Kif became pregnant, and Amy Wong, as Kif's smizmar, became their adoptive mother. They were born on Amphibios 9 in the Clan Kroker's Sacred Birthing Grounds and will live there until the year 3023, when they would sprout legs and crawl back onto land.
Season 8[]
In the year 3023, Amy gets a notification on her calendar, reminding her of the birth of Kif's clutch. Along with the Planet Express crew and her parents, Leo and Inez Wong, she and Kif land on Amphibios 9 where they are greeted by the Grand Midwife. When the "ceremony" starts, everyone watches as the young starts coming to them, the group are then introduced to watch a ritual called "The Winnowing", where all of the offspring swim to shore while getting eaten by various predators from the island, including Zoidberg. Four children make it to shore, but one is killed. The three surviving children (Axl, Mandy, and Newt) that come to the surface are directed to go to their parents. They initially all walk over to Leela but are then called over by Amy and Kif. Amy then asks her parents if they wanted to take pictures with them, to which they deny and then hurriedly drive away.
Now back at Planet Express, the group are enjoying a lunch break with Kif and the children when Hermes asks why the kids are all different sizes if they were all born the same way. Kif explains: They grew at varying rates depending on the temperature of the water they were in. Little Newt here was in a cold, deep area. Mandy is from the temperate middle depths. Axl is from the warm shallows, just like his old man. Leela comes over holding Newt's hand, giving them back to Kif, and asks why they keep calling her "Mama", along with asking about their eye. Amy answer in defense of her child claiming that it looks like Leela's, to which Leela asks why again. Amy then reminds Leela she impregnated Kif, something she doesn't recall because of being drunk until Farnsworth explains it to her.

- Leo Wong and Inez Wong were initially happy about their conception, excited they would finally have grandchildren.
- After their birth, the pair became repulsed by their appearance, but are still happy to have grandchildren.
- Leela was also excited to have more family, due to being an orphan at the time.
- After their emergence, she completely forgot about them until she is reminded of how she played a part.
- Apparently, Scruffy Scruffington is a partial parent, with him stating his DNA got around.
- The three are voiced by their parents' voice actors, as Lauren Tom voices both Newt and Mandy, and Maurice LaMarche voices Axl.
- Three of their names come from three different amphibians. While Newt's name is quite obvious, Axl's name comes from axolotl and Mandy's name comes from Salamander.
