She dated Bender from Planet Express for about six months before he broke up with her. As Bender explains to his friends/coworkers, she ended up moving to Oregon to live with her mother sometime after they broke up.
After Lynn's mother tried committing suicide inside of her, she moved back to New New York. She eventually bumped into Bender, who tried committing suicide inside of her without realizing who she was at first.
After realizing that the suicide booth was his ex-girlfriend, Bender asked how she was doing, and Lynn explained her circumstances. When Bender asked to let him commit suicide, Lynn (clearly still bitter about the break-up) decided to get back at Bender by murdering him instead of letting him commit suicide. Regardless of her actions, Bender ended up being resurrected later on.
