Maxi-Padlock is a high-security women's prison on Earth. It's privately operated and is run cheaply by the Maxi-Padlock Warden, especially on punishments. The Eco-Feministas were sentenced to 50 years there by the Earth Supreme Court but were broken out by Bender.
