Richard M. Nixon

Richard M. Nixon was the President of the United States from January 20, 1969 to August 9, 1974. He helped open relations with China and the USSR during the Cold War and is the only president in history to resign. At some point following his death in 1994, his head was resuscitated along with those of other former Presidents. He was elected President of Earth in 3000 during the episode A Head in the Polls.
