Rover and Pepper are a double-ended dog linked by a Pushmi-Pullyu-like body. They first appeared in "I Second That Emotion", where they once visited Vet Jeffrey Grant, who gave him suppositories.
In "The Day the Earth Stood Stupid", Rover and Pepper can be seen at the pet show.
