The Scooty-Puff, Jr. is the vehicle Fry receives from Nibbler so he can infiltrate the Brain Spawn's secret base, the Infosphere. It has a wind-up mechanism and it resembles a child's toy. However, it falls apart when Fry tries to wind it up to escape.
When Fry succeeds in getting his past self cryogenically frozen for a thousand years, he shouts "Just remember that Scooty-Puff, Jr. sucks!" before being sent back to the future. Nibbler bears this in mind.

The Scooty-Puff, Jr. is replaced by the larger and more superior Scooty-Puff, Sr. during Fry's second, successful attempt at destroying the Infosphere.
