Until I read this article it never occured to me that the Robo-Hungarian Empire might be on Earth, I always assumed it would be on another planet. How can we be so sure it is on Earth? —Unsigned message added by TURBOS (talk • contribs)
- You're right it might be possible that it's not Earth based, but placing it someplace else goes against several assumptions and would make explaining it more difficult. I think the main reason for the assumption comes from the fact that all the other were-cars we see live on Earth (Project Satan, Calculon, The Abominable Snowmobile and Bender) and so we sort of assume that it's an Earth based virus. Also, the Hungarian bit in the name, would seem to suggest that the place is based around Hungry. While it could be off-world, and it could be that Hungarians left Earth at some point or maybe Robots from Hungry created the Empire, it's much easier to assume it's in or around Hungry on Earth.
