Thomas James "Tom" Kenny is an American comedian and voice actor, who is best known for voicing SpongeBob Squarepants in the series of the same name. He is also known as the voice of Heffer Wolfe and many others in the classic Nickelodeon series Rocko's Modern Life, The Ice King on Adventure Time, The Mayor and Narrator on The Powerpuff Girls, H.U.E. on Final Space Eduardo on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, and Lumpus and Slinkman on Camp Lazlo.
