Thomas James "Tom" Kenny is an American comedian and voice actor, who is best known for voicing SpongeBob Squarepants in the series of the same name. He is also known as the voice of Heffer Wolfe, and many others, in the classic Nickelodeon series Rocko's Modern Life, The Ice King on Adventure Time, and The Mayor and Narrator on The Powerpuff Girls.
